RMA Warranty

Thank you for your purchase of a GlassCraft Door for your project. In order to expedite the processing of your claim, please go to the section below that best describes your need. The three sections on this page are Warranty and Return Request, Shipping Shortage or Error, and Freight Claims.

Warranty and Return Request:
The term "warranty" refers to products that have already been installed at the jobsite. This includes both exterior and interior applications.

The term "return" refers to items that have not been installed at the jobsite.

In order to process your warranty or return request in a timely manner, please click HERE to download our RMA form. The RMA form is in an interactive PDF format.

Fill out all of the requested information and save it to your computer. When you have all of the pertinent information, please email the RMA form to aftersales@glasscraft.net.

You will be contacted by a GlassCraft After Sales Representative within 48 hours after submittal by either phone or email. In order to proceed with your claim GlassCraft Door Company requires digital photos of the defect. For warranty claims involving installed units, pictures of the elevation where the door is installed. Make sure to attach the appropriate photos in the same email with your RMA form to help expedite the process.

Shipping Shortage or Error:
GlassCraft Door Company requires that you inspect all units upon receipt of your shipment (See page 4 of the Product Information Guide). This will help you to ensure that you have received your shipment complete and in good condition. If you have received your shipment within the last seven days and are missing any items from your order, or were shipped an item in error, please contact our After Sales Department immediately to expedite processing of an order to get you the missing or correct product as soon as possible. GlassCraft?s After Sales Department can be reached at (713)690-8282 ext. 210, and we will assist you with getting you the materials you need.

Freight Claims:
Unfortunately, sometimes shipping damages occur outside of all parties? control. In order to get quick and timely resolution to your freight issues, GlassCraft recommend that you file a freight claim immediately with the Freight Carrier (See page 4 of the Product Information Guide). Remember that GlassCraft?s freight policy is FOB Houston. We will be happy to assist you in processing a replacement order immediately. After Sales can be reached at (713)690-8282 ext. 210
