To process your claim, choose one of these forms and submit to our After-Sales Department.
How to submit your claim:
- Fill out all the requested information on the form. Make sure to submit elevation photos if you’re filing a warranty claim.
- Email the form to email@example.com or contact our After-Sales Dept. at 800-766-2196 (Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm CST).
A GlassCraft Representative will contact you within 48 hours after submitting your form.
Standard returns are subject to evaluation and approval. Please contact GlassCraft’s After Sales Dept. by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 800-766-2196. Processing of requests will begin once GlassCraft has all necessary information.
