A GlassCraft Warranty Representative will contact you within 48 hours after submittal by either phone or email.

In order to proceed with your claim GlassCraft Door Company requires digital photos of the defect. For all warranty claims, pictures of the elevation where the door is installed are required. Make sure to attach the appropriate photos in the same email with your Warranty Claim Form to help expedite the process.

The term "warranty" refers to products that have already been installed at the jobsite. This includes both exterior and interior applications. If the product has not been install please contact the retail location where the product was purchased.
