Our Warranty Department is here to help when you need it. Whether submitting a claim for installed or for as-delivered items, you can get in touch with our team for assistance.

To process your claim, choose one of these forms and submit to our After-Sales Department.

How to submit your claim:

  1. Fill out all the requested information on the form. Make sure to submit elevation photos if you’re filing a warranty claim.
  2. Email the form to warranty@glasscraft.com or contact our After-Sales Dept. at 800-766-2196 (Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm CST).

A GlassCraft Representative will contact you within 48 hours after submitting your form.

Return Policy

Standard returns are subject to evaluation and approval. Please contact GlassCraft’s After Sales Dept. by emailing warranty@glasscraft.net or calling 800-766-2196. Processing of requests will begin once GlassCraft has all necessary information.
