How to submit your claim:
To file a warranty claim, please fill out all the requested information on the form and ensure to submit here.
Please note that a GlassCraft Representative will reach out to you within 48 hours after you have submitted your form. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Return Policy
Standard returns are subject to evaluation and approval. Please contact GlassCraft’s After Sales Dept. by emailing warranty@glasscraft.net or calling 800-766-2196. Processing of requests will begin once GlassCraft has all necessary information.
